All students need a few key documents before enrollment. • Up-to-date immunization record (form #3231) • Vision and hearing test (form #3300) • Signed, completed application form • State-certified copy of the child’s birth certificate • Copy of child’s Social Security card • For students entering grades 1–12: most recent report cards, school transcripts, and achievement test results

We look for students ready to thrive academically and spiritually. • Desire to attend CCA, follow school rules, and grow closer to Jesus • Ability to function without special education assistance • At least average standardized testing results, a “C” or better grade average, and satisfactory citizenship from previous schools • No disciplinary issues that would prevent successful integration into the CCA community

A brief meeting helps us get to know you and answer your questions. • Get to know each other and share testimonies • Discuss expectations and address questions or concerns • Review diagnostic test results and placement • Tour the school

Here’s a simple step-by-step overview to complete enrollment. 1. Read the CCA Parent/Student Handbook 2. Attend the initial parent orientation 3. Complete all required forms (application, information packet, etc.) 4. Make the necessary financial arrangements 5. Participate in the parent/student interview with the administrator 6. Receive acceptance or denial notification once all records are reviewed CCA reserves the right to accept, deny, suspend, or expel students solely at its discretion.
